All You Can Make Cards is back with 4 dates to make Christmas Cards!

My popular All You Can Make Cards workshop is back! There are four dates in November and December that you can make your Christmas cards. The buffet has many cards to choose from.

Here’s a couple that I just added that include lots of fun Cricut-cut shapes.

Here’s another new one that is a Gift Card holder!

Gift cards are convenient, but not necessarily exciting. This pretty card dresses up what would otherwise be a somewhat boring gift.

At the workshop, you’ll have two hours to make as many cards as you are able. Feel free to make multiples of your favorites or work with a friend.

The papers for each card are already cut for you and ready for assembly. You simply choose the card you’d like to make from the buffet, then head over to the tool table for ink pads and any other tools listed on the directions. When you finish your first card, return the box to the table for the next person and choose a new one. Repeat.

The price includes cards, bases, papers, stamps, ink and embellishments are included. You only need to bring your adhesives. Feel free to bring favorite basic tools (for example, scissors and bone folder), but I’ll have extras if you need them and any other specialized tools used for the cards.

It’s a fun and productive night! I’ll have two workshops in November on the 14 & 15 and two more in December on the 5 & 6. Click on the link below to register. You can add multiple events to your calendar before you check out.

Get Fancy with the Florence Collection

Have you seen the Florence paper collection? The rich colors of this paper make it perfect for travel as well as special occasions. It also is great for home decor items like this lovely dream catcher.

When you buy the Florence Workshop Your Way, you get everything you need to make six decorative scrapbook pages.

You can print the instructions on the workshop resource page of my website.

The kit also includes two sheets of double sided Picture My Life cards that you can cut apart. These can be used alone in pocket pages or added as titles, journaling and alternative papers to your layouts.

You will have some paper left over that you can stretch by adding more solid cardstock to make additional layouts. Or you can add a few more products and make this set of beautiful cards!

These cards use the A Bunch of Love stamp set. When you add your own cards and bases, you’ll have enough product left to make two of each of them (8 all together).

Notice the blue lines around a couple of the images? This means that this stamp set has a coordinating set of thin cuts. No fancy cutting needed to get these cut out cleanly. In the photo above, the stamped images were dressed up with a few dabs of watercolor.

Again, you can print the directions to all of these Florence projects on the workshop resources page of my website. Are you a visual learner? On the Resource page you will also find links to step-by-step videos

Just a reminder that the Florence collection is only available for a limited time and will retiring on August 31. In addition to the complete kit, you can purchase the paper and embellishment sets separately. You can see the whole collection HERE

This paper collection knows how to party with flamingos, pine apples in fun, summery colors. When you buy the Calypso Workshop Your Way, you get everything you need to make six decorative scrapbook pages.

You can print the instructions on the workshop resource page of my website.

You will have some paper left over that you can stretch by adding more solid cardstock to make additional layouts. Or you can add a few more products and make this set of adorable cards!

These cards use the cute One in a Melon Stamp Set. Notice the red lines around some of the shapes? This means that these are images on theArtistry Cricut Collection. Just cut them out then stamp the details. Easy peasy custom made embellishments!

When you add your own cards and bases, you’ll have enough product left to make three of each of the cards shown (9 all together).

Again, you can print the directions to all of these Magical projects on the workshop resources page of my website. Are you a visual learner? My Resource page also has links to step-by-step instructional videos for the workshop!

Christmas in July Cards

Today, I want to show you the flat cards we will be making at the Christmas in July workshop. Earlier I posted some pictures of the Album and a Pop Up Box Card.

These cards come together really quickly using the beautiful White Pines Picture My Life Cards left over after making the album. I just added a little paper and a few embellishments. Quick, easy, yet lovely.

I know it seems early to start talking about Christmas preparations, but now is actually the best time to do your Christmas projects. In a couple months, time will seem to speed up. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a few handmade cards and a beautiful binder ready so you can focus on making memories?

At the Christmas in July workshop, we will decorate a Christmas notebook and make the first 6 cards of the season. The notebook has a two page spread for each day from December 1 through Christmas. It can be used as a holiday planner, a recipe book, traditions tracker or a photo album — you decide!

The Christmas in July workshop includes the following;

– 3-Ring Kraft Binder

– 25 Everyday Life Memory Protectors (13 with 4″ x 6″ pockets and 12 with 4″ x 3″ pockets)

– White Pines Picture My Life Cards (20 – 4″ x 6 cards and 36 – 4″ x 3″ cards)

– White Pines Complements Pack

– Coordinating solid and printed Picture My Life Cards (37 – 4″ x 6″ and 60 – 4″ x 3″)

– 6″ Box Card and envelope

– 5 Card bases and envelopes

– Paper and embellishments to decorate album and cards

These projects can be completed on your own or at my house on July 24.

The new Nevermore Scrapbooking Workshop is ready!!

They’re creepy and they’re kooky.

Mysterious and spooky,

They’re all together ooky,

What am I talking about? The Addams Family?

No, the pages in the new Nevermore Scrapbooking workshop!

In my earlier post about this workshop, I mentioned that I was trying to capture the feel of the Disneyland Haunted Mansion ride — fun and spooky mixed with creative charm. Designing these layouts was a lot of fun and I’m excited to share them with you.

This kit includes all the papers and embellishments to complete 3 full two-page layouts! Over 20 sheets of paper go into each kit plus full packs of Nevermore Assortment and Complements.

Each layout has a different Halloween theme: a haunted house scene, spooky steampunk and cute boo crew for your costume pictures. Between the Cricut cuts and coordinating Nevermore products, each layout has lots of fun details.

The pages come together “freaky fast” because:

  • Papers are cut and ready to assemble (including MANY Cricut shapes)
  • Layouts showcase standard 4″ x 6″ photos, so NO CROPPING!
  • Additional pictures can be added easily with Flip Flaps
  • No stamping required
  • Nevermore Complements and Assortment packs add finishing touches
  • Full color Workshop Guide is included with each kit
  • Pieces for each kit are packaged in a separate zip top bag

NEW Cards for Next Monday’s Workshop

This weekend, I made some new cards for next Monday’s card workshop. My favorite is this coffee cup one. However, I’d have to cross off “coffee” and add Diet Mountain Dew, lol.

This birthday card uses one of my favorite papers from the past, Wings.

 I also added a couple valentine’s cards.

Here are a few more of the cards you’ll have to choose from:

See something you’d like to make? You will have two hours to make as many cards as you like. You pick which ones you want! Would you like to come?
